David has 15 years of global recruitment experience and is Founding Partner of Willard Powell. Prior to founding Willard Powell, David worked with Leathwaite International, a global executive search firm. Before his employment with Leathwaite, David worked for Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities) supporting the firm’s Investment Banking & Capital Markets Technology group. David is a graduate of Lasell College in Newton, MA, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems. David also serves as a Trustee on Lasell’s Board.

Alexander currently leads Willard Powell’s operations and competitive research efforts. He is responsible for leading the delivery of Willard Powell’s retained search engagements and consulting assignments. Alexander’s expertise is in executive search, intelligence sourcing, and in the determination of competitive strategy. Prior to joining Willard Powell, Alexander worked in higher education administration for Boston University where he led the recruitment of Professors. Alexander is a graduate of Lasell College in Newton, MA, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
PARTNER, SR. ENGAGEMENT MANAGER
Stewart has 18 years of global recruitment experience and is currently a Sr. Engagement Manager at Willard Powell. In this role, Stewart leads the firm’s business development efforts. Immediately prior to joining Willard Powell, Stewart worked 7 years at TIAA. In this role he led the build out of talent acquisition teams and significantly elevated TIAA’s global recruitment capabilities. Prior to TIAA, Stewart worked at Wachovia (now Wells Fargo) where he was responsible for overseeing all full-time professionals hired within the firm’s Corporate & Investment Banking Technology group. Stewart is a graduate of Davidson College in Davidson, NC.

Oren has 19 years of global recruitment experience. Prior to joining Willard Powell, Oren served in recruitment leadership roles at Rackspace, a leading cloud computing company. During his 12 years there, he was responsible for setting strategies that positioned the firm to successfully recruit senior level technical talent in highly competitive markets. Prior to Rackspace, Oren worked leading the recruitment of software development talent at Starwood Hotels’ corporate headquarters. Oren received his Bachelor of Science from State University of New York College at Cortland.
RESEARCH ASSOCIATE, LEAD
Theresa currently leads coordination of the talent acquisition processes for Willard Powell, liaising with candidates and establishing the firm’s initial point of contact. She is also responsible for onboarding new Research Associates and designing frameworks for Research Associate workflow. Prior to joining Willard Powell, Theresa worked in the Non-profit world developing major gift donations and planning special events. Theresa received her Bachelor in History from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.
As a Research Associate at Willard Powell, Kristin currently assists with coordination of the talent acquisition processes and relationship building with candidates. Prior to joining the firm, Kristin worked at Capital One Bank within Community Banking for 6 years, building relationships with clients, providing service and assisting customer with retail banking needs. Prior to Capital One, she was employed with JPMorgan Chase for 4 years. Kristin received her degree from Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York.
Currently working as an Engagement Manager, Trish brings more than fifteen years of recruiting expertise to Willard Powell. She has conducted a multitude of searches for Fortune 100 corporations, identifying exceptional executive talent. Prior to joining the team at Willard Powell, Trish worked in corporate Human Resources and ran her own Social Media consulting business. Trish received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College.
ANA ROSA COVARIA
As a Research Associate at Willard Powell, Ana Rosa currently assists with coordination of the talent acquisition processes and relationship building with candidates. Prior to joining the firm, Ana Rosa worked at the Georgia Institute of Technology and Davidson College developing global education programs. Ana Rosa received her BA from Davidson College and an MA in Intercultural Relations from The University of the Pacific.
