As a Research Associate at Willard Powell, Caitlin currently assists with coordination of talent acquisition process and relationship building with candidates. Prior to joining Willard Powell, Caitlin worked in health insurance where she maintained and built client relationships. Caitlin is a graduate of the State University of New York at New Paltz with a Bachelor of Arts in Organization Communications.
